Sanctuari Thai Rejuvenation

Thought I would try this place as it advertised a good special on Living Social. Brought 2 packages in Sept 2014. Rang up and booked in for a Sunday giving them 2 months notice. Two weeks before the booking they rang and said they couldn't do the day we'd booked on could we please change dates. No problem we changed dates to a Tues. I arrived there with a friend at the allotted time and they had no record of the booking and said there weren't any therapists on to do us so we left more then disappointed. Both of us had taken the morning off work to attend so you could say we were slightly more then peeved. Called the female manager the next day to arrange another time. My friend refused to give them another chance after the first stuff up. He'd travelled from the Sunshine Coast for this so completely fair enough. The second booking went fine. As I still had to use my friends massage deal I booked a third appointment through the female manager. When I arrived for that booking once again they had no record of me. Another whole day wasted. I then asked for the owners phone number. Marou. He's married to the female manager. I wanted my money back at that point. One mistake is fair enough. Two mistakes is not. Marou told me to come in and try again and he would put the booking in himself and would be there himself when I arrived to make sure everything went smoothly. Marou wasn't there but the booking was (thank God) and it was not bad. Plus he had given me an extra 30min foot massage for free to apologise for the messing around. Overall I wouldn't touch this place again with a ten foot pole. Completely unprofessional. Massive language barrier as well as the girls are Thai. If you value your own time and money go else where. Ella Bache at Portside are exceptional for massages. I won't be going anywhere else in future.
